Sti (“we”, “us”, “our”) provides AI-generated training plans for trail and ultra runners. By purchasing and using our product, you agree to these terms.
2. Product & Pricing
Sti offers a one-time digital product — a personalized 20-week training plan — for $39 USD. This is a single purchase, not a subscription. Once delivered, the plan is yours to keep.
3. Refund Policy
All sales are final. As the training plan is a digital product delivered instantly upon generation, we do not offer refunds. If you experience a technical issue that prevents plan generation, contact us at hello@sti.run and we will resolve it.
4. Use of the Product
Training plans are generated by AI based on the data you provide. They are intended as guidance only and do not constitute medical or professional coaching advice. You are responsible for assessing your own fitness and consulting a medical professional before undertaking any training program.
5. Intellectual Property
The generated training plan is licensed for your personal use. You may not resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit the plans. The Sti brand, website, and underlying technology remain our property.
6. Limitation of Liability
Sti is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any injuries, losses, or damages arising from the use of our training plans. Use at your own risk.
7. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the product after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
