Terms of Service

1. Overview

Sti (“we”, “us”, “our”) provides AI-generated training plans for trail and ultra runners. By purchasing and using our product, you agree to these terms.

2. Product & Pricing

Sti offers a one-time digital product — a personalized training plan for a single race — for $39 USD. This is a single purchase, not a subscription. Once delivered, the plan is yours to keep.

Sti also offers Race Season Pass for $99 USD per year. Race Season Pass is an annual subscription for unlimited race plans across the year. It renews automatically each year unless you cancel before renewal.

You can cancel Race Season Pass through the Stripe Customer Portal. Cancellation stops the next renewal; it does not automatically refund a completed purchase.

3. Subscription Terms

Both the $39 single-race plan and the $99/year Race Season Pass include a 30-day money-back guarantee from the purchase date.

If you buy a $39 single-race plan and upgrade to Race Season Pass within 60 days, your $39 purchase becomes credit toward the $99/year Pass.

Stripe handles subscription cancellation through the Customer Portal. Refunds are handled manually by Sti support; email hello@sti.run if you need a refund within the guarantee window or have a payment issue.

4. Use of the Product

Training plans are generated by AI based on the data you provide. They are intended as guidance only and do not constitute medical or professional coaching advice. You are responsible for assessing your own fitness and consulting a medical professional before undertaking any training program.

5. Intellectual Property

The generated training plan is licensed for your personal use. You may not resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit the plans. The Sti brand, website, and underlying technology remain our property.

6. Limitation of Liability

Sti is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any injuries, losses, or damages arising from the use of our training plans. Use at your own risk.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the product after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
